Well, how about that? We just reached our first stretch goal/achievement!
Thanks to you and the other backers who shared this project with others, we are now able to upgrade the box lining!
The truth is, this may not seem that exciting to some, but it's actually a big deal. As you may already know, manufacturing charges less per unit of a product if you order in bigger bulk. Because we are getting more orders, we can save a bit of money on manufacturing. However, we want to pass those savings onto you to make this the best possible version of the game you can get.
Below are pictures of the white box version of the game I received from our manufacturer. You'll notice in the first two pictures, the lining of the box is simple cardboard. While this serves its purpose of holding the vacuum tray in place, it isn't the prettiest to look at due to it's exposed cardboard core.

But now look at these babies! You'll no longer see the exposed cardboard but will instead see beautiful foam board lining. Thank you so much for this upgrade.
But okay, you're asking, that's just the lining. So what?
Well we're also now able to slot in this beautiful vacuum tray to hold the cards and ghost tokens. The lining holds that tray in place, and the tray is easy to remove for storage in the deeper recesses of the box. It's pretty amazing and it feels really slick when you use it at the table.
This is just first stretch goal/achievement. There are more on the way. Personally, the one I'm most excited about is at the $99,000 achievement. If we can get there, then LED candles will come with each game box! Better yet, the LED candles can be stored under the vacuum tray! If you weren't pumped about the vacuum tray before, I bet you are now.
But I'm getting ahead of myself. Let's set our sights on the next goal, which will provide you with digital content you'll be able to use to help run your Werewolf in the Dark games! That unlocks at $66,000.
Thanks again and let's keep this train moving. Share the project if you can so we can unlock even more goals to maximize your Werewolf in the Dark box!
